I’ve been searching for a vegan birria taco for YEARS and lo and behold this place does the most insanely good birria taco. Vegan steak was perfection. Genuinely 10/10. Couldn’t reccomend this place enough.

TIP: This restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of Whole Foods.
Excellent experience at this new location! Even though it’s technically inside a Whole Foods, they have managed to capture the feel of the other locations in their part of the upstairs level. The Chorizo Burrito and Agave Margaritas were both fantastic, offering a wonderful insight into the bold flavors that can be produced from a vegan menu. The service was fantastic, as Jose took my order and then served my food and beverages at the bar.

This place was great, especially for a late night bite after an event. With an hour left of business, (They closed at midnight, we arrived at 11) they accommodated us & we did not feel rushed. The decor was gorgeous & very elegant yet not too luxury.
The drinks were good & the food was quickly served & tasty. I must admit I did not enjoy the sauce under the tamal, it was definitely an acquired taste for me. Those who were with me agreed. We had serveral different tacos which we loved & the queso fundido was a hit with the perfect kick.
As for desert, we noticed all of our cheesecakes had different consistencies, again probably stemming from the fact that they were almost closing & had to thaw it out of the freezer. 1 of the cheesecakes was literally still almost frozen & had to be poked to be eaten.
All in all it was an experience I would try again but possibly at an earlier time.

I was really excited to try this place. Unfortunately, the food was incredibly sub-par. I ordered the queso fundido which was $14 and was just tortilla chips with a small cheese dip, honestly it just tasted like a crappy nacho cheese dip with plain chips. Maybe I just ordered the wrong item because the other customer photos look so good but IDK if I'll be back. The cashier was very nice and she assured me the plate was a decent size but you just get a lot of plain chips.

Delicious vegan Mexican food! I got the Tres Amigas dios, which includes their guacamole, queso and Sikil Pak. The guacamole was really bright. The Sikil Pak was pumkin-y and unique. My favorite was the queso though, it was so creamy! This app is perfect if you want to try the different dips.
I also got the huevos and chorizo tacos. The flavors balanced perfectly and they were just a little spicy. The salsa they can with was sweet and fruity, which I enjoyed a lot.
It can be a little tricky to find because it’s inside the Whole Foods. It’s on the 2nd floor in the corner across from the hot bar.
The staff was also super friendly and helpful.

We needed a quick, healthy-ish bite on a late evening shopping trip, and this was it! The location was difficult to identify - ask Whole Foods staff if you get lost! The palm carnitas tacos could be more flavorful, but the rest of our meal was very satisfying!

So first of all this place is inside the Whole Foods not sure why this was not made more abundantly clear in the Google Maps page but after struggling to find this thing I randomly asked the Whole Foods employee if they could point me in the direction of where this restaurant was located they said it's in the back of the store. Okay that's kind of a novelty so I went to the back of the store and there it was. Everything here is vegan and they actually have hard liquor which was a surprise. So I thought when in Rome and I got myself a tequila drink. They were definitely not stingy with the alcohol I'll tell you that so you won't be disappointed there. But it did come in a plastic cup which I thought took away from the experience and there was no salty rim. I ordered nachos a burrito and corn and that was too much food for me so I had to leave some behind but everything tasted good. This wasn't a super overwhelming delicious Mexican experience although since I'm quite familiar with Mexican vegan maybe my standards are higher. I would definitely eat here again
