Gabriel Shoes

I would like to give Gabriel Shoes 5 stars but I did run into some difficulty returning a pair of shoes. Thankfully there is an amazing employee in the customer service department named Sarah who worked patiently with me to solve my problem. I love their selection of shoes.

Ordered a pair of boots and they sent the wrong ones. Tried to call them to talk about getting the right ones and no answer. Went through amazon and sent them an email and still no answer. Now I’m out 125$ and now have a pair of woman’s boots I can’t sell or give away.

I bought what I thought were wonderful shoes for my husband who has dementia and Alzheimer’s. I bought through Amazon. They were pricey - $75. 3+ months he wore them. Then I find that the Velcro came off the shoe side. This rendered them totally useless! Shoddy workmanship. I asked for a replacement. I was denied within minutes! He’d had them too long. Well, duh! Anyway, suffice it to say that I won’t buy from Gabriel again. A good seller would stand behind what they sell.

Always great selection of shoes on amazon. Good quality at a reasonable price.

These shoes are so comfortable. I have one foot smaller than the other and sometimes I have issues with keeping some shoes on that foot but I feel like these shoes hug my feet so I can walk without any worries of stepping out of them. Bought shoes from them via Amazon. Terrible experience! The boots were not as advertised. I returned as unused, all tags still on boots - should have received a full refund, including shipping (as per their advertised 'Guarantee'). They did not refund the shipping. Will never buy from this vendor again, ever!!

Absolutely scum bags Kevin from Gabriel shoes refused to refund the boots I ordered stating they were in used condition upon returning them I tried them on they didn’t fit I put them back in the box and returned them not to mention I paid $25 to receive them 2nd day shipping and didn’t get them for over a week I’m not far from the store either
