Poor quality don’t waster your money. 1 wear and the strap broke.

Very disappointed of the company how to handle missing delivery parcel case. I ordered online and the parcel was missing. I contacted CS for help but they o no y send me the tracking link that it’s delivered and said no refund/replacement. I tried to contact FedEx but only goes to voice message that the parcel delivered. I called CS for help but they said they cannot help. I tried to file a missing parcel at FedEx but I am not sender and could not do it. I emailed CS to help and no response. I really disappointed with the company how to handle the case. I am not the one who choose the delivery method - FedEx economy post and no signature required for receipts. (I had other shop deliveries and there was no issue and the company even can provide proof of delivery who received the parcel eg UPS. I feel helpless and Sam Edelman not do a thing to help customer. I think I will not shop with them from now on. A very bad experience shopping with them!

BAD customer service! I made two of the same online orders and went to pick them up, deciding only to take one of the orders. Both pairs of shoes I ordered were in terrible condition. You can tell they were worn too much. For the ballet flats, one shoe was way too looser in width than the other and it felt too big, although they were the correct size. And the high heels I ordered had extremely dirty soles.
When I asked for an exchange for both pairs, the staff was incredibly rude and said those were the last ones. He said I could order from the warehouse if I really wanted it. He spoke to me with a look of CONTEMPT and not looking at me, twice. Well, it's worth noting that both my orders were ready for pick-up, he was clearly lying since I only picked up one order. He could have easily given me pairs from the other order or provided new ones from stock.
Not sure if this guy was being racist or just lacking education and basic customer service, but the experience was extremely uncomfortable. I will never shop at this store again.

Rude staff. I was trying to ask for a pair of sneakers in my size I was told rudely by an associate to wait one second, and they proceeded to ask other customer’s for their size and looked at themselves in the mirror. I was ignored the whole time and when I walked out I still hadn’t got any appropriate service.

It is a beautiful store and the best customer service I've had in a very long time. Nicolas was excellent. He helped me pick the perfect heels. He was so helpful and sweet! I will definitely be back!

Bought a pair of Ballet flats with Nickolas at the Soho store. I am very happy with the selections, and most importantly, the shoes are comfortable and elegant. My associate, Nickolas, is very keen and responsive in helping me. Setting up an appointment with him over the text is also very easy. I am definitely coming back to the store and Nickolas for my next purchases!
