Office staff very helpful but the company Slow to fix, mend or upgrade property. Grounds are scruffy and in need of attention Numerous requests re roof, paving and lighting ignored. Roof is leaking into the flats below and damaging properties. They have been aware of the situation for over a year and still no repair
