Stopped today for the outdoor flee market (7/7). Met my man Spencer with @eyecandygear at his booth. Great information about their product but most importantly, he wasn’t pushy. Purchased not 1, but 2 pair of sunglasses. The best purchase of the day. Go check them out.

We had such an amazing experience. We took a down hill MTB class. We rented bikes and gear, and the gear was excellent.
Our coach - Juliana was so amazing, she was extremely considerate. We really got to pick up some basic skills and at the same time had so much fun taking this class. Everyone else who helped was also very kind and friendly. The staff is great, they’ll definitely take good care of you!
Lastly, it’s so beautiful out here, a few people spotted a Moose by the trail. It was such an amazing experience overall, I’d definitely love to do this again!

Beautiful place! I rented my skis here. Everyone is super nice and they took good care of me. Thank you!
Coffee is really good in the lodge and they carry almond milk, that is fantastic.
I had a great time, definitely coming back!

This is our first trip to Solitude, and we are having an awesome experience. Every time we visited this side of the Utah mountain range, we've always headed over to Alta and Snowbird. I'm so glad we tried the resorts in Big Cottonwood Canyon this time, as both Solitude and Brighton are amazing as well.

We loved the tree skiing at Solitude. The Honeycomb Canyon section of the mountain was our favorite, but it is kind of a pain to lap. The other thing to keep in mind is that it's very easy to ski back and forth from Solitude to Brighton. So the play is to stay in Solitude village and ski both resorts.

Brought our kids to Solitude Resort for Spring Break. Cannot say enough good things about our visit.

Our kids went to ski school the first day as this was only their 2nd time skiing/snowboarding. My son had a minor accident and only completed half a day due to this. They honored the second half of his lesson the second day, which was amazing.

Equipment pick-up was super convenient on site and everyone again was really helpful the snowboarding boots he was given where a bit worn and ended up being broken. The folks went above and beyond to find him replacement boots.

I made a mistake with the lift passes and the lift ticket office was so very nice and helpful in getting it fixed.

For my first time Snowboarding this place has been the best experience. So many slope options, great value on rental of snowboard & equipment, beautiful place and best of all the staff. Everyone was nice, helpful and friendly. They made my experience safe and positive. I recommend this resort to anyone new or experienced. I can't wait to visit again!

It is an okay ski resort in my opinion, but not in the top tier of Utah's finest ski resorts available. Some of the runs were a little tough and narrow. It was also very crowded when we went and all those human obstacles made for a tougher ski day. We have the Ikon pass and now I understand why Solitude is offered on it as unlimited visitation, as it is not quite the best available option out there as skiing goes here in Utah from our take on things. All that said, however, still a decent ski resort.
