Don't live in a building managed by Matthew Adams. They will nickel and dime you and are unreasonable. Difficult to work with, generally unresponsive and don't make living in one of their buildings easy or a pleasure. Avoid.
The company was good many years ago and has deteriorated substantially. Weeks without replies to emails. If you can get the receptionist they'll take a happy message that will go unanswered. If you complain, they seem to go out of their way to make your situation worse. Heed these reviews, it will save you a lot of aggravation.
5 year after moving out of a Matthew Adams building I still often think about how awful these people are. They are rude, mean, unhelpful and expensive. You think as a coop owner you are paying them to help you but they are the worst of New York
