They outlined terms for a commercial deal and then ran the numbers wrong (and did not respond to a call to review), denied the loan, and never responded. It cost us weeks of time in our deal and rates have gone up. I regret having trusted them and would advise you not to go with them for a commercial deal.
First, the address is incorrect. Customers Bank is located at 101 Park Avenue in NYC. And, there is no ATM kiosk at this location.
