Easter Fun Fest

As volunteer i had a great experience with the Easter fun fest! Very organized, free food and drinks, supervisors were incredible and friendly, explaining us about the event and the rules for every ride and inflatable, always asking if we needed something or if we had questions. Very recommended for volunteers hours.

👎 extremely crowded to the point it was hard to walk. Lines were extra long and it wasn’t a very pleasant experience as the kids were being stepped over.
Has potential but should be bigger to accommodate such a huge demand.
And I felt bad for the ponies that had to go round and round and round all day. Kind of sad they are being used for entertainment like that.
Won’t be coming back future years but if you don’t mind the extra crowds then it’s surely fun.

We had a great time, the only complaint was the long line up getting into the parking lot and then getting into the fair. The area inside needs to be alot bigger as well, I don't think they expected as many people as what showed up. Other than that the vendors were great, rides and bouncy castles were fun, and good selection for food.

My volunteer experience with this organization was extremely disappointing. Like others have mentioned, it was incredibly disorganized. The staff seemed clueless about event management and were ill-prepared. They lacked basic supplies like pens for signing volunteer sheets and provided incorrect meal times for volunteers. Communication about volunteer responsibilities was also lacking. Some individuals in charge had noticeable ego issues and were incapable of managing effectively. Many volunteers, including high school students, were left stranded outside without proper attire or clear tasks. When asked for guidance, they were brushed off and told to wait idly. Overall, the event was a complete disaster. I echo the sentiments of others in not recommending this organization for volunteer activities, especially for high school students. It's evident that they prioritize neither the well-being of their volunteers nor the success of their events. In my professional opinion, Superior Event Groups requires significant restructuring, as their event management skills are severely lacking.

Poorly organized and a waste of money. $30 kids ticket and $15 adult ticket to do nothing. On top of the ticket you have to pay an extra $10 for parking. Rides are limited and long queues. Paid games and food trucks. What’s the point of paying so much $$ for this? False advertising to lure crowd.
Extremely crowded to the point that there’s very long line ups and volunteers aren’t able to control the people forcing themselves in the queue.
It’s just a money grab folks. Never coming back to this again.

Lots of fun for the kids! Fun rides and inflatables . Managed very well by the volunteers. Lots of options for food. Parking was easy. The entertainment was amazing for both kids and adults! Only wish they had some places around the inflatables for the parents to sit down while the kids were playing.

I am 7 months pregnant and wanted to enter to use the washroom and then go back to the car to my husband and toddler (who was still sleep). I was told there is no re-entry once you come in for any reason. This is supposed to be a family event, if someone forgets something in their car they’re basically not allowed to get it unless they accept not coming back.

It costs $1 to give people a paper ticket or bracelet for re-entry, and they couldn’t even provide that for us despite the expensive parking and ticket fees they’re charging. Do not recommend
