Enchanted Cypress Ballroom

I was a guest at a wedding at this venue and my wallet went missing. The manager informed us a day later that she found my ID card and credits cards (not the wallet or the $300). When I tried to pick up my ID and credits cards, the manager repeatedly mentioned how there is an unpaid invoice for the wedding. I told them I was a just a guest and not liable for the bill. I had to get the police involved. When I arrived to pick up my belongings, the manager handed me a phone with the owner on the other side who kept screaming about this unpaid invoice and I kept telling him that I was a guest and finally hung up on him. I had to argue with Lidia until she finally relented and gave me back my wallet.

I would be so worried to host an event here as both the manager and the owner have no problem harassing guests. And I will never attend another event here.

Also, the venue had a giant cockroach that came out of the kitchen to the dance hall in the middle of the wedding. Plus the toilets are really weird and disgusting.

Lidice is hands down the best venue coordinator. She is hands on and very attentive to every customer. She’s kind, professional and dedicated to ensuring you have a good experience. I would recommend Enchanted simply because of Lidice!

This place is STUNNING. We were schok for the beauty and elegance we didn't expected from a shopping center venue. A truly hidden gen in cypress. Our experiencia as guest was fantastic, from the venue decor to the staffing everything was excelent. Check the rise and revolving dance floor an absolutEly WOW EFFECT. Went there has a guest! It was absolutely stunning, the staff were amazing… they truly care about their clients and make you feel comfortable. The venue by itself is BEAUTIFUL!!

Love working here! Worked in many halls and this hall is one of the most professional and beautiful ones I worked in. Love it! highly recommended it! The staff is great always attentive with my customers. One of the things that is amazing is that you get more of what you pay the customer service is very high

I don’t know where to start to express my gratitude of having my wedding at Enchanted Ballroom.
The venue is gorgeous, clean, royal chandeliers, crystal tables and chairs. They have a huge LED screen on the stage & couple smaller screens one can use for pre-wedding photo display.
The venue coordinator Lidi is an amazing human being. She helped us throughout every single step of wedding preparations. She even created a digital seating chart for our event. Moreover, she worked on her day off voluntarily at no cost to make sure everything goes smooth on the day of the event.
The venue owner Abdi is a nice gentleman, also helped us so much & even opened the drapes for us when we entered to the wedding hall.
The rest of the staff is super friendly and professional.
If you want your event to be perfect & stress free, I highly recommend Enchanted Cypress Ballroom!

4/29/23 We celebrated our daughter's Sweet 16 at Enchanted Cypress Ballroom. The venue is breathtaking! We were completely blown away by the elegance of this venue. The staff were amazing, from the doorman to the wait staff, they were all friendly and professional! Lidi was there from the signing of our contract to the event date, any time I had a question she was quick to reply. I highly recommend this venue, you will not regret it! Thank you Enchanted Cypress Ballroom for making our daughter's birthday feel like a princess fairytale.
