Park full of kids.

If you just want to relax in the center of a busy place this area is awesome. A lot bench where you can sit.
This used to be a decent-sized (by Taipei standards) park with lots of greens, but it got "improved" about a year ago. The end result reduced the grassy area by 1/3, with lots of new concrete area now connecting directly to the entrance of Nangang (train) Station. There's still plenty of room for gathering and playground, but green matters!
