Terrible service, both the two girls of the restaurant had a rude attitude and were very impatient, even though we didn’t do anything!!!! Young ladies, I hope you do like your jobs and everything goes well with your life.
The food was also average, my girlfriend and I ordered different soup bases but they were both very salty. And the taste of soup doesn’t match with what menu described.
Anyway, at least there was one male waiter who was very nice and friendly.

The Malatang here is SO YUMM. I love the soup, side sauce are also amazing~ and also the dessert goes well with the pot!! Highly recommend 🥰🌸🌸

We recently dined at Pot Pot Malatang and had an exceptional experience! The rich, flavorful broth perfectly complemented the variety of meats and vegetables I chose.
A standout treat was the mermaid cheesecake for dessert. Highly recommend!

Self-select food combinations on a checklist paper (剔紙仔)in the style of cart noodles(車仔麵). It's spicy and numbing, yet fragrant and appetizing. The hot sensation is 🔥excellent 👍🏻!

Super tasty malatang! It’s proper spicy and tasty 🥵 Recommend to try the original extra spicy soup with beef, fried tofu, chewy thick glass noodles and mushrooms. If you can only afford to put three things in it, do instant noodles, marinated beef and fried tofu. 😛

We came on a Friday night at 7:30pm and didn’t have to wait for seating. The owner/manager is really kind, efficient, great service. The hotpot is absolutely delicious. Being so central I wasn’t sure if it would be overrated/expensive but it was really good. I really recommend getting the fried tofu with shrimp, and the wontons in your hotpot, I had the curry soup base and it was really flavourful

I had a very good hotpot meal here tonight. Even though it's a small restaurant, it is attractive and well managed, and I didn't feel cramped. The staff were welcoming and remained friendly and efficient throughout.
You order by marking what you want in your hotpot on a paper ticket. The pots are served individually, and everything is already cooked. The signature broth was smooth and creamy, and also had some serious spice that manages to not overpower the other flavours. Of all the fillings I had, I particularly enjoyed the minced prawn wrapped in aubergine. Four to six fillings should be sufficient for most people.
There was only one area that was not quite satisfactory. When the bill came, a service charge was added. This is standard practice in London. However, when it came to pay on the card machine, we were presented with a screen requesting an additional tip of 5, 10 or 15%, on top of the existing service charge. I think this is an unreasonable request. While you can skip it, some customers may feel pressured into paying the tip, as the server is watching as you decide.
Overall, this is restaurant serving very good food in a warm ambiance. I look forward to coming back soon.

We absolutely loved all the food, especially the skewers. The individual hotpots are such a great idea when you want different soup bases between a group of people and the ingredients they use were so fresh. The lobster balls were soooo good. All the staff were very attentive and so lovely throughout the entire evening. Would 100% come back.
