Beautiful, nicely furnished suites in most desirable Yorkville location. Great staff and useful amenities like Yoga room and Gym.
Loved the fresh flowers arrangement in the lobby. The morning coffee service is a nice treat and very well appreciated. The kitchen well equipped to cook at home when you are not enjoying local restaurants.

We can’t say enough good about our condo. Especially Amy who was so helpful during the booking.
The concierge staff is first class and cleaning is excellent.
Overall a well situated, secure place with lots of amenities within walking distance.

Wonderful place! Exceptionally well maintained and five star staff. The concierge / valet are the best we have ever experienced - friendly, thoughtful, and professional. The housekeeping staff and Katrina are wonderful as well - very friendly and always keep the whole building and units feeling very clean. Thank you!
Great location with exceptional staff! In fact, the best thing about this property is the friendly and helpful staff. The apartments could use some renovation and there should be a few more items in the apartment for tenants (like more cutlery, a steak knife, kettle, etc).
Will 100% recommend to all to stay at 61 Yorkville to experience an excellence in customer service.
