My husband and I are on a week long holiday in the area. We visited on Monday 4th September 2023 and took the 1 hour down river cruise.

The staff were all friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The boat was secure and clean, being able to stand outside at the back on a hot day was great.

Lots of interesting facts about the local area. Would recommend and would sail again.

Brilliant experience, around puffin island sight seeing. Seeing wild seals and other animals that habitat on the island. The tour guide was amazing keeping the boat entertained with light humour and interesting facts of the history of the surroundings.

Great value short boat trip. The trip lasted about half an hour with an audio track playing some interesting local information. It's now a modern boat, I'm sure it's the same one doing the same route as it was 30 odd years ago. I'd definitely recommend it.

Awesome experience on the boat, its only for 30 Min and for 7 quid per head . amazing view of the castle form the water and also the audio playback with the history of the castle and emphasis on the top spots and its history are being broadcasted in the boat for riders. The grew is young and very kind ... they helped us with our baby stroller up and down the boat which was very kind of them.
