Terrible coffee and had to wait 30 minutes for a tea cake which was awful. Poor service and food.

It took a while for the food to come but the food was barely hot, possibly shown a picture of the oven as opposed to being in one.

Go somewhere else for anything other than hot drinks and cakes.

What a lovely cafe this is. The lady who served us was very friendly and chatty. The food we had was really tasty and good value for money. My only qualm is that the loos on the pier were shut and that there were no others available but obviously that’s not the cafe’s fault! Would definitely recommend and will visit again.

Lovely tranquil place to view the bay and have a light bite and a brew.

Terrible place, I wish I could give it 0 stars. Called there last week, they had more staff there than a funfair and no one seemed to want to take the order even though the place was quiet. Eventually ordered food, which seemed a bit expensive. Sat down, waited ages for only a few toasties. When they arrived we asked about our drinks which they seemed to think we hadn’t ordered. The food was bland and the salad looked like it had been through a washing machine. Won’t be visiting again, and wouldn’t recommend it!!!!

I have previously given this place 5 stars. However I took my family there a party of 9 today. We arrived at 9.55. No problem. We can wait a few minutes. However the very rude woman who came to the doo, firstly said they had no cash float - no problem we can pay on card. Then she made another excuse and said they weren't serving food until 10.30. ( I had been in previously and also couldn't get served as they were going home) but that's another complaint. So I had asked about opening and closing times. I was told breakfast was from 10 am. So to be told we'd have to wait till 10.30 after dragging little children all the way down the pier for breakfast and a diabetic lady who needed to eat asap was not acceptable. But even more so was her rudeness. Thoroughly shocking. The other lady there was polite and kind. But the lady with the brown hair does your business no service. I will not be going back ever. Which is sad as I've gone several times before and left good reviews in the past. But this today has left me feeling very unhappy. She ruined our morning.

Even though it was a busy Good Friday and busy in general on the Pier, the atmosphere and service was fabulous. We ordered 2 full breakfasts and they came lovely and fresh. The sausage and bacon where exceptionally tasty. I chose to have a cappuccino with chocolate which I thoroughly enjoyed. ( you do get a free tea or Americano with a breakfast)
The staff were lovely and even though they were obviously rushed off their feet took the time to be lovely to customers .
