Little hesitant about parking here based on some of the reviews. But my experience was good. Michael at the front desk was professional and informative. Process was smooth both on drop off and pickup. Keep in mind self park is across the street and on dirt. There was plenty of spots. I'd use these guys again.

To pick my car from parking took longer than my flight back? Talk about a true test of patience! I mean, forget jet lag, I experienced "car retrieval fatigue"! By the time I finally got my hands on my precious wheels, I could have developed a whole new set of skills, like advanced origami or juggling! If only I had known I needed to bring a sleeping bag and a survival kit to collect my car, I would have been better prepared for this epic adventure. Next time, I might just consider hitchhiking instead – it's probably faster!

The staff is friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to the pick up call. My biggest issue, is that they don't pick up or drop you off at your car. You self-park and then have to trudge yourself and luggage through the parking lot. Of course the front ones were filled, so we had to park in on the way back, walk through the lot and cross a two lane road. I was unaware of this set up.

I parked my car here while I took the train down to Tijuana for the weekend. The parking fees were very reasonable for the weekend and worth it being in a safe place. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful while I navigated the process down to Mexico and back.

We used to use them lots- the last two trips one which we got home from today their customer service is terrible. They were 45 mins later after texts and two phone calls. Then the shuttle guy slammed doors and was rude and we never said a word to him. Wasn’t necessarily his fault it was the company. It’s poorly managed and ran. Do not use them to park and ride as it’s a bigger nightmare than it’s worth it would have been easier and cost about $50 more for us to Uber to our house 45 mins away. Will never use you again. You should really change up how you manage this place

I made a reservation and paid in advance. The parking lot is like gravel. I'm not sure how well luggage tires hold up but dragging alot of luggage over it can't be good. Upon arrival I had to duplicate my efforts from my online reservation by filling out a slip with all my info that was on file for them already. There has to be a simpler way without having to give my info twice. The office smelled like cigarette smoke. Lastly I was asked to pay an additional $2 for lot fees even though I prepaid and had a $0 balance. The attendant insisted I still owed even though it showed in the receipt line items that lot fees were paid. I wasn't interested in haggling over $2 at 4:45am. I won't use this service again.

I called to see if they would accommodate a larger camper van with a small cargo trailer on the back, and Ashley was excellent. She was happy, super kind and very cheery. I had been calling around all morning to other parking places but I am picking this one because of Ashly. Getting someone on the phone who acts like they care about you and your questions is so rare. Ashley was patient with my questions and told me how to book the reservation to simplify the process. Ashley is a 10 out of 10!
