We have parked with this company twice. The first time (a year or two ago) everything was fine. This time, however, we had trouble. When we called for pickup, the person that answered rudely told us to call back from a different pickup door (fine, it's faster to pickup in the dropoff area - but there's no need to be rude about it.) The driver was unwilling to help with the bags (he said he was injured - OK, fine, but things are starting to build up...) Then we got to our car, and found that someone had snapped off the power mirror control knob, and then set it back in place hoping that we wouldn't notice. The repair cost ~$270, and what a surprise - no one will pick up the phone any of the times my wife has called them. If they are this tough on a 2014 VW, I sure hope they are more careful with their luxury car rental business or you'll be driving a sports car with no bulb on the stick-shift!!! Avoid them - it's not worth saving $20 only to pay for a $270 repair...
