Do not drink the water and the no seems are terrible. Everything else about this park is on point. We had a lot of fun. The staff are wonderful. Bathrooms are clean and for the most part up to date. The water is a big turn off. It smells of sulfur and tastes like metal.

We had the best time camping there. It was the 2nd time there. Definitely will return. Love being near nature the ocean 💙. The wonderful trails. The wonderful employees that work there. I might they do a wonderful job. Again just a Family wonderful place.

The camp ground location ideal for family water activities. Ranging from kayaking, padded boarding, to boat craft to fishing to visiting the islands that scattered around. Camp ground is suitable for tents through to the larger RVS. Shade is limited. There are some full hookup sites. However, those do not allow open fires. The camp ground allows for long-term camping up to 3 months which is good for snowbirds, but lousy for locals. The park managers have introduced a new rule where Campers are not allowed to check in before 2pm, so don't arrive early because some staff will tell you to leave the park until that time, and other staff will let you drive around or park in designated areas. Even if you are already camping in the park and changing sites, that same rule applies. Very frustrating when you know your new site has been cleaned and ready for occupation. New Campers are also competing for parking space whilst waiting for 2pm to roll round with day visitors and their trucks and boat trailers. This new rule has upset a lot of seasoned campers who have used the park for years and are not going to go back.

My favorite Brevard County RV Park with waterfront sites and views. Plenty for kids and adults to enjoy. Bring your paddleboard kayaks and smaller boats to explore Scout Island down to the Sebastian Inlet. Pet friendly.

We stayed here for a week. Easy 1.4 mile walk or bike to public beach access or enjoy the intercoastal area from the island by walking over a small bridge in the campground. Excellent bike path and sidewalks in this area. Campground was pretty quiet except a few people with dogs. Several water front sites but most sites in the middle even have water views. Lots of places to visit in this area and a Publix nearby. Campground had laundry facilities and plenty of showers/restrooms.

This is our first visit to this campground. Most of the campsites are at the water with a few sites in the middle. Quite a few bathrooms and showers around. There are 2 dump stations available as needed. A boat launch, a designated kayak launch. Large open field in the center along with kids playground. Most of the sites are fairly close together but can accommodate several ways to park depending on the size of your unit. We have already booked again for next year!

In early Feb, we stayed 4 nights. It was kinda what we expected... It's an outdated fishin kayaking camp.
If you're interested in those things ,including swimming in warmer weather, the location is awesome!
The sites vary widely from small with poor drainage to an open field. About half of the perimeter sites are too small or damp for a first choice. Others are pretty ideal. The central sites vary also. I'll be reviewing Google maps via satellite view to try for a bit larger site or maybe just choosing an inner loop site.
Bathrooms were functional but rustic...
The east one was getting a face-lift during our visit. Management was friendly...
