There are 100 people in line who need to go through immigration, but the staff is closed and invisible.

Toilets are rare and dirty 👎 The signs are also rare and not clear. It is very hard to find anything here.
Terrible queues for police/passports and security. No difference in fast track. Lack of staff that could have opened up additional capacity. Luckily I made my flight but others missed and had to have their bags offloaded. You need at least 2 hours to make your flight
