Clean, spacious. Friendly Immigration officer, easy to find our connection. Large duty-free area plus food courts and multiple clean toilets. Even has indoor smoking lounges.
Second time in 2 weeks that my flight is delayed, so i lost my connection flight and since Lufthansa's offices open at 6am and close at 23, there was no one attending after 23, and had to sleep on floor like a lot of other people here. Really poor customer service from Lufthansa!!! The best they could do was give us some blankets, water and nothing else.
Much organised, wide open, airy, bright and full of facilities. Staff is much helpful.
Airport has good connection of train service which is around 25mins away from the main city.
Really like duty free shop and drink place. Plenty of eating & drinking places around.
There are long queues because of international airport but they have more windows to handle that easily.

So clean! So we’ll air conditioned! Easy to get help! Lovely shops! Clean bathrooms! Be aware you will have to go through extra checkpoints if you are flying to America… no big deal, but if you want to shop, shop first! Then go to your gate with an hour to wait! They do have restrooms after the second checkpoint, but no shops, and only two very limited food options. Thank you for the clean airport!
Organised, clean airport. There are 2 terminals. There was a slight confusion with regards to our terminal but the boards at T1 were showing flights only for the next 2 hours so it was a hassle going back and forth. Ehen we asked around some people said T1 and others said T2. This could easily be solved if the flight information board could show a longer list of flights with the terminals clearly mentioned. It would be much easier for people who are transiting, especially when they are not familiar with the layout of the airport. Everything else is great.
I loved this airport, very clean, organised, well presented information, delicious sandwiches, lots of seating areas. Checkin could be done online or by self check in machines, the border officers were very respectful and very welcoming.
It is always a pleasure to have a layover here. The airport is clean, quiet and well organized. Very well connected to the city center by train or bus. It has many relaxing and sleeping areas, even some booths (napcabs) that you can rent for a minimum of 2 hours. It is also possible to take a shower if you want.
For the ones of you who want to work or have an online meeting, this airport is a great choice as it is not so crowded neither too loud.
