Stay elsewhere if you can. Dirty funky smelling rooms with revolting sticky stains on the carpets, grime in every corner and every crevice. Free wifi does not work properly, so no luck doing anything, even browsing the internet is not consistent.

If you are staying more than one night, be aware that there is literally nothing located close enough to walk in terms of food and other amenities.

Shuttle transfer was handy…

Room was basic but clean and more than adequate for a short pre-flight stay. Excellent service with free parking and airport shuttle.

Across a larger group, we had 3 standard units booked. All 3 of these rooms were disappointing. The cleanliness was appalling, even sheets were not clean. It was very run down with dirty stained carpets, funny smells and disgusting ripped curtains. Other than being in close proximity to the airport and having a shuttle service with car parking, would not recommend!

Very basic and dated. They do provide a "Free" shuttle service which is very convenient.
Heat pump restricted to 20 degrees.
Showers need attention due to poor pressure and temperature.

I am sorry I would not rate the rooms here at all. Disgusting. The fact that you can get the shuttle and park your car there would be the only reason to stay. But our room was disgusting.

Good price-value for a sleep-over after a long flight and before picking up our camper. The camper rentals are not too far away and the place offers a solid comfortable room for a competitive price. We paid 160$ for a very comfy double bed, apartment with spa and little kitchenette. I'd recommend those apartments which are further away from the main road which can be quite noisy at times with a servo nearby.
Superette across the road to stock up with little supplies.

Kia ora. I booked the Deluxe Family Suite with two adults and two mokopuna for one night which cost $315. I was ok to wear that price because it was advertised as a family suite to cater to myself, my daughter and her two boys before they fly out to Brisbane tomorrow morning. On arrival we could not link to the internet to watch Netflix and we still cannot at 6.30pm, which is highly frustrating. We asked the staff person to assist but she was unable to and informed us that three of the televisions in the lodge were also not working. Not her fault but again extremely frustrating when you have a 12yr old and 4yr old in the room. Furthermore, there is only one pillow per bed with no spare pillows. There are no spare blankets should it be cold for my mokopuna during the night. There's only one towel per person.

When promoting a family suite such as this for the price paid, I would expect that the Smart TV would be working better than it is prior to arrival. I would also expect that there would be more pillows, blankets and towels for a whānau of four.

I would appreciate better service and display of manaakitanga.
