Rates are okey

I have to admit that they give a good exchange currency compared to the other place, BUT, their service quality (well the one in Senayan City) not impressed me at all. The staffs are not friendly, I need to talk to their face before they finally get me served. They gave me my money not in a polite way, it's more like throwing it than giving it politely, and they don't give any envelope. It's may not be too much value of money, but the way they treat their customer differently, with rude and unfriendly behavior definitely shows in what class they belong to. The one in GI gives utmost services, not going to recommend Dua Sisi Senayan City to anyone.

Dear staff,

I emailed you last Saturday, 20th April, regarding to your service (Dua sisi Senayan City), but until NOW I didn’t receive any response to my email.

I’ve been cheated by your staff, when I exchanged my Australian dollars.

As I exchanged the first lots of $1000, I supposed to receive of 100 notes of Rp 100.000, but instead I only received 99 notes of Rp 100.000. Your machines did the counting.

I Exchanged another $400, the same time, for this amount I asked the staff if I can have Rp 50.000 notes, in the amount of this notes was correct.

My mistake is I didn’t recount when I was there (Dua Sisi counter) I recounted when I got to the hotel (staying at Hotel Ibis Slipi), that’s when I found out that in Rp 100.000 bundles, one note was missing.

Is not the amount of money, but honesty’s of your service, I will think twice before I will ever use your service again, and also I used your service last year in November 2018.

And I’m planning to write a review as soon as I arrive in Australia.

They are cheater, make sure you count your money before you leave their premises.

Fast service. Friendly and warm service from the staff. I bought three different kinds currency and the staff explained everything patiently.
Rate is standard with quite various currencies from the world. Advised to make a phone call before exchanging lots of money since sometimes in the afternoon they run of currencies.

The rate is pretty standard, the guy who picked up the phone was not friendly at all. However, there is an old guy who works there that really friendly and helpful. Also, they don't take payment by card on the weekend, so if you want to exchange a lot of money, you need to withdraw all of it first (In front of their store is an ATM center). Don't forget, usually on the bank there is a limit how much money you can withdraw a day. So its kind of hassle.

They usually got better rates, especially compared to those in airport. Service is pretty much normal.
