Meiso Family Reflexology-Gandaria City

The massage itself was great! The power and technique were there, the therapist took her time. They used baby powder instead of creams/oils so it wasn’t sticky. Left the place feeling refreshed.

What could be improved was the hospitality. When I walked in, there were 4 staff at the reception table - only 1 of them is handling another customer (who came to the table after i walked in), yet none of them acknowledged me. Eventually I had speak up to ask for a session. Even then, they only asked whether i had booked, then spoke among themselves to see if they could fit me in. No smiles whatsoever. I felt like my existence annoyed them😅

Tl;dr : great massage, but if you’re looking for friendly welcoming service, then this place isn’t probably for you…

Second time we have gone here in 2 months and sadly the AC is still not working.

Overall I like meiso, but this one is a bit smaller than the usual meiso, so I feel like I don't get enough privacy and the usual ambience. It made my therapist stop massaging for quite a few times because she checked other customers/therapists and laughed at them, though I don't really find anything funny. Love meiso, will go again, but not to this one.

Obviously need more experienced therapist and professional therapist. Went there few times within 7.30-8pm which is an hour before saying they had the briefing time at 9pm they always refuse with many reason, full booked etc.

The best massage in the town. I bet you will come again.
With a reasonable price, really worthy.
It has a lot of outlets in jakarta, you may go to the closest one.
