Mau booking susah. Pegawai nya yg cewe rambut keriting gendut gamau terima customer. Katanya sih udah full padahal tutup masih lama
Sangat tidak profesional. Sudah booking dari siang untuk refleksi malam. Minta terapis laki.. Pas waktunya kurang 5 menit, ditelpon ga ada terapis laki, karena sudah full. Ya elah, klo kalah sama yg langsung dateng, ngapain dilayanin bookingnya..
Ms Fitri and Ria are good therapist. Spot body massage and Thai massage 👍👍Their price and place are comparable.
Dapet terapis yg masih bocah, gak bisa mijit sama skali. Awalnya kayak di elus2 aja, minta dikuatin sedikit malah mijetnya kyak asal aja.. seumur2 refleksi, baru ngerasain yg gak enak kayak gini. Udahannya di telapak kaki gw malah jadi berasa ada yg salah

Standard has dropped here. Staff give inconsistent service, sometimes they massage your arms, other times not. When asked, they give inconsistent answer too. Better check what you will get before engaging the service.

- Overall its quite good experience. But thats it. Reserve ahead if you're coming on the weekend since its quite crowded. They will proceed to call your phone number near the allocated time if you have not shown up.
- quite a clean place.
- the location is good, secluded from the main alleyway.
- Post massage drink is always a nice touch.

- lack of power! I almost have a hard time not to giggle since it only felt ticklish and does nothing to ease away my soreness. For the price that i've paid, its kinda disappointing.
- for the room, i personally thinks that they can dim the light more.its quite bright and i can see others very well. I even made eye contact with the therapist that is handling the people beside and across me. Quite awkward.
- the first water is not warm at all, which is quite disappointing as well.
Overall: okelah but not going to be my top of mind for massage parlour.

Booked home service. Then it rained. They asked to charge me double the actual cost of transportation. I offered to book the transport for the therapist myself but was declined, the reason being "we have to spend our own transport money". What kind of policy is this for a regular customer. Never coming back or reordering. No sense of gratefulness for customer loyalty!
First & last time there.I been in Jakarta 11 years & had 100,s of massages.This one advertised sport massage.I asked the receptionist,can I get a " strong " one ,embak,.Yes Mister,she replied.,, Sadly very low quality,I changed from a 90 to a 60 minutes in the middle of it..I guess the owner it wealthy, owns many buisnesses & don't care about giving the customer quality service 😥 Waste my time & money
I can say House of Relax is one of the best yet affordable massage place in south of jakarta. Its cozy, they give the best theraphy massage, my favorite masseus is Mbak Neng, ask her if you feel so tired and you just want to have a good sleep after the massage.
I love the Meiso-way of massage, however, specifically for Citos Branch, they need to fix the issue with the AC, it was very warm inside.
kesini krn k*ku* tempat biasa kita lg full. service dan cara komunikasi terapisnya kurang baik. suami ga biasa dipijit kaki, jd request utk ga pijit di bag kaki, ga dibolehin sm terapisnya alih2 "sudah peraturan meiso". stau sy, meiso menawarkan jasa which is customer oriented kan ya? lah ini cust ad request, malah ga diindahkan.

Good place for reflexology..
Best place for reflection. They provide warm herbs or milk to soak your feet and warm salt pillow for your neck and back. Also fruit juice for free. Price also good

A good place to relax your muscles and boost your health and blood circulations. Price is reasonable and easy to access. Located inside darmawangsah mall, this refelexology store provides a very decently price service. Reflexy packages are also available for those that enjoy foot massages. Dozed off while taking a 45 minutes session at this place and sould happily reccomend this place

Bad smell in side. I went to twice within 10 days.(Today is May.8.2019)... Mmm ..I can't describe what kind of smell it is. ..it is like ..old carpet with lots of mold under carpet.... Can't stand. I won't go there again.(unless they do something about it).
Also massage chair head cover was dirty ... Very oily.. Must change and wash after use once.

Affordable massage with plenty free amenities (aromatic foot bath, fresh juice and sandwich). Located on the 3rd floor of a fruit supermarket (All Fresh) the place is deceptively spacious with plenty clean massage rooms to choose from. Massage therapist ranging from Soft, Medium to Strong...for both male and female.

Reasonable price, but they only serves foot and back massage. Nevertheless they provide free juice/tea and toasts and also foot bath (?)
Very clean, polite staff. Make sure to do a reservation especially at weekends. Do come here at unusual time
Very nice and clean reflexology. Therapist are very professional and the place is comfortable. A bit pricey, though... But remember that it is inside PIM, I will not complain.
