Nice airport - if you can speak Spanish would be much easier

This security guy yelled at us to go to the wrong line even we had preferred access, such a shame for an international airport to have this kind of service people to disgrace them

San Tiago airport was the worst airport we’ve ever been to. The slowness and rudeness of the staffs are just unbelievable. I don’t understand how an international airport can be so poorly run. They really need to boost their efficiency and train their staffs better

Easy to get to and from South terminal in Santiago next to University of Santiago on red line , 1800peso to go 1600 to come back go to station 23 24 at sur terminal (not central station which is one metro stop away) buy ticket there. Easy airport 2 in and out

It doesn't fit the needs considering the increasing number of users. The stores are mostly closed even though they should be operating 24/7, as any airport should. The bathrooms are not clean, there are not enough sits for waiting so people are sitting or sleeping on the floor. The people working at the airport are mostly friendly. It is recommended to arrive early for your flights to avoid any difficulties.

Overall good. Just don't come here late. They have max 2 officers working here at night shift on passport check. We spent almost an hour waiting to get checked. It is already 11 but they will make u wait till 12. Especially in the case that you have a flight of 6am to catch. Nobody cares

It’s a functional airport with a few shopping options. Dining options are limited to common fast food chains or sandwiches. On the bright side: there is a working WiFi and sufficient seating with charging options to help to during longer layover hours.
