What a fantastic venue. Surrounded by Australian plants, beautiful architectural design and a good variety of historical items to look at. Even better are the fun activities for the kids to engages in, plus a bean bag rest area, small cafe, and quiet sensory room . Well worth the visit with the family

I had a great time with my family
We spent about two hours browsing the exhibits
It is wheelchair and stroller friendly, has restrooms, and an outdoor picnic area
And coffee shop as well.

Free Entry. Well maintained. You'll need a couple of hours to get through the exhibit if you are very detailed. There's young children's play area/ activities near the cafe.

Love it. Not very big, but with lots of activities for kids, perfect place to spend relaxing Saturday morning.

Powerhouse Castle Hill is now open. Built to store all pieces from the closed city museum.
We found a few interesting activities for young and old. We also attended the construction tour which was interesting.
Was interesting to show my kids some of the tech item we grew up with: walkman, the nokia brick, faxes, atari and so on!
Overall a wonderful museum just freshly renovated for close to $42 million!

We had such a lovely family fun day at the museum. It has got a lot of engaging kids activities which was different from normal coloring or arts n crafts. The exhibitions and displays are educational and covers a good variety. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Saving the trip to go all the way to the city is always a bonus.

We were there on Sunday, their first tour started at 1:00 p.m. and they explained everything very enthusiastically and very interestingly, and the next tour started at 1:30 p.m. and we learned all the interesting information for free, and we all had a lot of fun. We won and it was a nightmare.
