NPSSTS

I have been in contact with these people multiple times regarding my children getting dropped off past their bus stop and making my kids walk along Hwy 654 back to their home. I was assured by a nice lady last time that this is unacceptable and assured me it wouldn't happen again. A little over a week later it did happen again. I've emailed and called to speak with someone to get this figured out. A very rude man called me and after I tried explaining how my childrens saftey on that bus is their responsibility he hung up on me. This is unacceptable that the NPSSTS is not taking the safety of my children seriously. I will be filing a complaint and taking this to the media.
As this has happened multiple times I fear one day I'm going to get that dreaded call. Their negligence is unacceptably.

Website is horrible never works half the time better off listening to a local radio station then trying to get info on this website.

Excellent source for bussing when the system isn't busy.

Getting on the website to check the delays or cancelations is terrible. No one can ever get on to find out if the bus is running for their kids or not to get them to school

HORRIBLE!!!! My daughter is on a boot cast and crutches and we have a 3 minute walk up a mountain in our driveway, I was told by them to write down when my daughter is being assessed next on the form (which is 2 weeks) and becasue we put 2 weeks we were denied! and of corse its on a friday before the Doctors office closes for the Christmas Break! YOUR PEOPLE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF AND I INTEND TO WRITE A LETTER TO THE NUGGET!!!
