Cinema XXI KEMANG VILLAGE

Very bad service we bought premier tickets but they didn't tell us there was no popcorn so we asked to refund our tickets as we didn't want to watch a movie without popcorn but they wouldn't refund. Such unprofessional staff. No idea

Don't buy the hot lychee tea. I got scammed Rp65.000 from my own wallet, then finding out it had no lychees at all. The staff were quite rude, and one particular security guard pissed me off. I bought a hot lychee tea and went to Pepper Lunch to meetup with my friends, then went back inside to watch the FNAF Movie. I was clutching my hot lychee tea as I went in and the security guard asked me where I got the drink from. DUDE! THE CUP LITERALLY HAS AN "XXI CAFE" LOGO! I would suggest XII to at least train their security guards to recognise XXI CAFE cups.

Always come to this place when i want to watch a movie. I live nearby this area..

Favorite cinema to go to

I'm talking about the food, bad services, no food delivery to cinema, no smile, super expensive foods and drinks, mini size of foods and drinks and the list goes on.
My suggestion, eat else where and come just for the movie.
