Braelyn is an incredible counselor and in no uncertain terms has saved my life. She has shown a deep dedication to ensuring I have the best strategies for improving myself and is a phenomenal listener. She has made the effort to understand my anxiety better than any therapist I've had before. Now I look forward to my sessions, because I know I will be safe and receive genuine help in my struggles. Not only has Liz saved my life, she's given me the tools and knowledge to save myself. Her empathy and compassion in our sessions leave me feeling safe, supported and heard. The difference in my mental health from two years ago to now is drastic and for that I attribute to Liz and her practice. If you are looking for someone who will listen without judgment and teach you the tools to help yourself, I couldn't recommend anyone better than Liz.
