Jennifer was really really helpful to us. She accomodated us even in her days off. And she made sure that the unit the we moving in are clean and good for us to move in. Thank you so much for your help.

I loved every thing about this place, from the apartments to the location to the people. It is in an excellent neighbourhood and close to all amenities and transit.

I am a long time resident at Wyldewood estates. Our fridge died this morning. Ramirr was great and had a replacement for us within hours. I had an issue with water coming through my bathroom ceiling a few months back, Ramirr had someone here within 20 mins to take care of it. I appreciate his professionalism and I always have a good experience when talking with him.

The building manager is incredibly helpful and responsive. Whether it’s a minor maintenance issue or a more significant concern, Ramir addresses problems promptly and efficiently.

Best greener and peaceful place to live in.

I just moved in and am very happy so far. The grounds are beautiful and green and my suite was clean and well maintained. Management has been quick to respond whenever I have needed assistance.

I'd like to add on to this review to say. Avenue living has run this place into the ground. The previous management Morguard they never let the grounds get this filthy, they never shot your rent up $600. Management does not care, they only deliver broken promises. Avoid Avenue living at all costs. I'll be adding photos soon. An absolute shameful display of management

I recently had the need for a repair in my unit and was contacted immediately to determine a time for the repair to take place. The repair was taken care of quickly, efficiently and they cleaned up perfectly afterwards. I was frustrated at first but feel my concerns were heard and I had a better than expected outcome. Lovely place to live with beautiful landscaping. I've been here for 1 and a half years.
