WOW so bad😂😂😂😂 from about 8 ticket machines or more not even one was working 😂😂😂 what a laugh, lost connection obviously thank f nothing bad came out of it.. ideally get your tickets online and in advance or travel with plenty of time on hands...

Food quality average, poor level english but I like the airport - it's easy and everyone's put effort

Easy to get information, staff speak English. There are a few ticket machines that you can easily buy tickets and print out timetable. You can choose English language. I bought ticket to Santa Pola and it cost only €2.45 one way

We traveledto Valencia from here and I recommend buying ticket at least one day prior to departure, during the seasson even more sooner, else you are not guaranteed to obtain ticket on the spot.
Not so clean. Not so helpful personnel either for english speaking tourist, but if you speak spanish, everything will be easier for you here. There are various bus companies here like Flixbus, Alsa, Ariva etc. You can buy tickets in machine or from vendor.
There is also a caffee on the first floor, toilets, benches to take a seat and also an electronic boards showing the departing buses.

Absolutely no help what so ever from this lady sitting in the information desk. My Spanish is weak, so didn't understand what my ticket said and was stupid enough to ask for help from her. Was told to use my eyes as that's the only way I could find the bus... I understand how a board functions, but doesn't help when I don't know which bus to get in the first place. Then we were seated on the wrong bus and ended up far into the mountains somewhere and had to get a cab back to the civilization. Cost us €80, in other words would have been cheaper to get a cab from Alicante than wherever we were.

Bus routes and times are shown in the displays above the bays but busses don't show up, no information what so ever . . . .

The bus station is remarkable at the center of the city, where everything is reachable on foot.
