This place doesn’t tell you you have to pay for guest passes for visitors. 75 dollars a day, if you have more than one car they charge you 250 extra every month for the extra car. Time to move!!

Friend living there apartment above him had a pipe burst. Raining down into his kitchen. No word from manager or from Maintenance. He had to. Have a building inspector send the a letter. Today is day 10 getting lawyer involved now

The place is disgusting. The new owners leave it a mess. The contractors they hired to renovate left garbage all outside the dumpsters such as cabinets, toilets, rugs etc. they spilled paint all on the ground. The laundry room is not cleaned half the machines don’t work. Then the bins for the dog poop never get cleaned and are overflowing outside. It’s nasty!

Best landlord ever, and pet-friendly with no fees for pets.

Great place, great landlord, REALLY pet friendly.

(Update) no landlord no maintenance no nothing here you can't lease here it's out of date and building code and safety code some people are complaining big time

(Old)There 1 bedroom is very clean and it has a lot of room perfect for couples and they have everything you need and etc. Besides a few things witch isn't too much of a bother but it's understandable though. Besides everything else it's perfect normal quite hours are 10pm witch is good unlike some other places... But it's has everything you just need to furnish the place and call it home,
