Last month I was notified THE DAY BEFORE RENT WAS DUE that I would need to physically hand in my check, which INVOLVED A 3-HOUR DRIVE BACK TO LAKE CHARLES.

Erdace boasts a fantastic location with eager and friendly staff, modern amenities, and covered parking.

The apartments themselves are beautifully designed with modern finishes and appliances. The community is quiet and well-maintained, providing a peaceful living.

One of the standout features of Erdace Apartments is the covered parking, which is a must-have. Most places charge for covered parking. The staff is always willing to help and very accommodating, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Overall, I highly recommend Erdace Apartments for anyone looking for a great downtown living experience with all the modern amenities and conveniences you could want.

Currently have lived here for a month and the management works so hard. The girls working in the main office were very professional and worked with me so well. Arianna even went so far as to get me a faster move in date because of my transition from my old apartment. She went and swept the apartment herself so that I could get in faster. THE GYM IS AMAZING.. Its never crowded and has top of the line equipment. The courtyard looks like something out of a movie. The people are friendly. The entrances are secure with your own codes. Clicker for the garage. There's even a huge yoga room.. Utility's are energy friendly and I couldn't ask for a better spot to be. DOWNTOWN LAKE CHARLES IS SO FUN.

I have lived at Erdace for 8 months and tell everyone I know in the community to move here! This place exceeds expectations when it comes to a place to live! They have such a beautiful building and the pool just opened! Both

I locked myself out of my apartment at 2 a.m last Thursday and the staff was so kind they came and unlocked it! I couldn’t ask for a better place to live at! Thanks to the Erdace team for providing such an an awesome experience!!!! Also Jude is the property manager and helped make the process of moving so smooth! Thank you again!

We lived at Erdace while we were building. Can't say enough good things about living there. The staff was very good. The complex was very clean and well maintained. The parking garage was a plus. We also loved easy access to all of the downtown activities.

I have lived at Erdace for two years. It is very nice, quiet, clean, and conveniently located in the heart of downtown. Erdace is more like a resort than an apartment complex. The staff is nice and very helpful. I very rarely see my neighbors, and the parking garage is a great perk. The building has a security system, which requires the tenant’s personal code to access the building from all entrances. Erdace is the place to be, regardless if one wants quiet, or to live in the epicenter of Lake Charles’ culture and entertainment. I love living here!

We toured this place due their special going on. We thought it was great, amenities were great, and our tour lady was very Friendly. We were denied because they would not let our two SERVICE dogs into their place. Gave us the run around for two weeks. We sent them all of the ADA paperwork including documentation from a doctor for both dogs.
They gave us no reason as to being denied except for the fact that they did not want to allow our dogs. Absolutely horrible upper management. If you have dogs that don’t fit their requirements, don’t even bother applying. Regardless if they’re a service dog
