Friedman is the worst management company I ever dealt with. Don’t ever rent from here they never clean the hallways, maintence guy never fixed anything and when he try’s to it messes up again a hour later the guys a joke. The outside on the side of the building is disgusting it’s berries everywhere they never clean up. The garbage in the back stacks so high on the side of the dumpster. Building has mice so if you fear mice don’t go near here. Laundry room smells like something is dead in there and the dryer doesn’t work. My bathroom door broke and the short bald maintence guy kept saying he was going to fix it but he never did. Overall the worst experience I ever had thank god I moved somewhere way better. Do yourself a favor pass on this place and anything that Friedman manages. They are a terrible company that just wants your money.
