Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre

Upon my arrival in this facility, pleasant experience started. Exceptionally, professional hospitality and unnoticeably smooth check-in like water flowing was done. Especially, Thaniya and Moetaz, both of you deserve to get two-humbs up. They showed what the hotel hospitality is supposed to be. You are truly awesome!!

I have been a resident at Pullman City Centre Residences for more than 3 months. During this period the staff and amenities of the place have been simply fabulous. Roxana and Muhammad in the reservations area have been very helpful and supportive to make mine and my family’s stay here very comfortable and made us feel at home. Additionally, I was a regular visitor to the gymnasium where I was trained by Michael Garcia (I call him Michael the Superman) who was simply great in adding to my fitness and strength. Elsie and Mayuree at the gym were very courteous and helpful. I strongly recommend this place to people who are considering staying here for short to long duration. I also recommend Michael as a trainer in the gym for anyone looking to be fit and strong.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. VERY convenient location with direct access to a fantastic mall; which in turn has access to the metro. Prompt service especially as far as house keeping goes. The breakfast spread was phenomenal! The rooms are basic but comfortable with all necessities.

Our holiday stay at Pullman Hotel was absolutely amazing. We booked for a 1-night stay and enjoyed the amenities. They have a pool and a gym. We had fun at the pool area and stayed there until sunset. Our hotel room was big with a nice view. The hotel staff were very friendly. The booking includes a breakfast buffet for 2. They have a wide variety of breakfast option. What we like most is the waffles, pancakes, and smoothies. It is connected to Deira City Centre Mall and near a metro station, so it is very accessible. We highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a luxurious stay and romantic ambience.

Pullman DCC is the perfect hotel for family staycation or weekend getaway, also being connected to the shopping mall is so convenient for a quick easy shopping.
We were lucky enough to be upgraded in a nice suite, connecting to my sister’s family executive room.
Donna at the front desk did a commendable job as she went all out to assist us, and made sure we have an excellent stay, amazing service!
I can fully recommend the food and service at Executive lounge, its offers a variety of beverage and food choice. Attention to Kim who are very attentive and friendly in our request during our stay.
A very comfortable hotel with friendly staff and tasty food. Highly recommending this hotel and would definitely be coming back!

Donna is amazing! She was very accommodating to us and was eager to help. She offered to give us connecting room as my sister and her husband was also with us. She made us feel so welcome and she’s very pleasing to deal with.
Kim in executive lounge is also great, she assisted us and was so attentive to our request.
Bernard of housekeeping was also very helpful.
If there’s anybody to promote for a higher position, Donna, Kim and Bernard should be the 1st to be promoted as they exceed the customer satisfaction and was happy to give an extra mile to your valued guest. They are all an asset to Pullman Creek Hotel and they are exemplary staff. Kudos and thank you Donna, Kim and Bernard for making our stay at Pullman a truly pleasing experience.
