Self checkins are closed..Collection is good.. But self counters are closed.. Dont know why these are happening always.. If u r looking for a long queue for payment, just go in.. on this fast moving digital worlds, these type move are awkward..
It's a one-stop shop place with varies from cosmetics, perfumes, shoes, kids' toys, clothing, home decor, and more. It's in the Deira city centre near Daiso Japan and on level one near the food court. The shops are spread over in 2 levels, and staff is really attentive and polite to help everyone.
I went to dubai from UK. Bought 4 pairs of sketchers from centre point. Once back to UK , about to wear shoes and noticed both shoes of different sizes and of left foot. We requested to double check , and they reassured that they have checked.

Worst experience, rude staff
I was gifted a pant from someone on my birthday, size was 30 as mentioned but if you measure the pant it was 38, a sheer flaw of productio from Splash.
The staff was so rude kept on asking me for receipt
1. How can I have receipt of a gift
2. It was a production flalw and return should have been done regardless of receipt present or not

Thanks for reaching me out after 2 months or more , to re address a concern which was so valid and logical, a sizing fault by a company needs to be sorted out by the Company itself , whether receipt is present or not, though it was a gift.
The way my emails were replied , it looked like I have done something very wrong by getting a gift from centerpoint.
I have given that pant is charity, just to let you know , I will raise my voice on social media as well and reviews wherever I could.

Today, I visited the Centrepoint Deira branch with the intention of buying some cosmetics. Admittedly, I wasn't wearing any full-coverage makeup, but I was surprised to find myself browsing the cosmetic section for a good 15 minutes without receiving any assistance. What was even more shocking was the lack of customers, only about 2-3, yet the staff had their attention focused on casual conversations. This made me wonder if they were judging me based on my appearance. It's important to remember "Never judge a book by its cover.” Most expats can easily afford products from Centrepoint, especially since it's not a complimentary service. It would be wise for Centrepoint to educate their staff on proper customer treatment, and to avoid making assumptions about Asians' purchasing power.

7. EDC machine will prompt to swipe the card or tab the card.
8. Card validate completed.
9. Print/ Email.
10. Invoice receipt hard copy will print as well as you will receive soft copy on email.
