The store is fully stocked with wonderful items for all seasons. All your crafting needs. I'm thankful Michael's is in our town.
This store is awesome! Great deals and they always have quick and good service. I tried to go to Joann’s for like the fourth time before they open at 11 am which is crazy late for crafters and thankfully Michael’s is on their level and had a 40% off coupon that made my day.
Was looking for a specific type of yarn. It wasn't available at this store, but two employees were helpful checking for me. They made it fun to hunt this yarn....lol
Worst experience at the till I've ever had. Her name was Chrissee . Slow line , made many mistakes and then would rather talk about what the store didn't have than getting us out of the store . She triggered anxiety and I needed help to breathe after getting out of the store even after i told her i. Was in a hurry she then went slower , I'm lucky I didn't call 911 . I'll never be back . Worst store and check out person ever. I'll keep ordering online your supply for cold process soap making is extremely disappointing. Thanks for the experience.
I will never shop at this Moscow Michaels again. I went in looking for products and after looking around with no luck , I went up asked the girl at the check stand. She pointed to the back right corner and said yes over there. I already looked all over there I told her! Do you have an idea where? By candles. Useless employee. She needs to learn better customer service.
The cashier! Sweet lord she didn’t listen. I told her multiple times I didn’t want to use my 40% coupon on a 6$ candle and she still chose to add it on. And then when I confronted her saying “why is it 4$” she persisted to lie, reach into my bag which I’m already holding ready to leave and say it was just bc the tags are all wrong threw out the store. I checked my receipt and she did add it and just lied. I’ll probably just go to joanns next time
It’s 6:50 p.m. and I just came home from Micheals..I’m so sad I didn’t ask for the cashiers name, but she deserves everything she wants in life. She was so dope and so sweet. Def one of the best interactions I’ve had shopping literally anywhere.
