Super friendly staff, well-organized. It's more of a crafts store than an arts store, so not where I'd go for art supplies, but a great place to get iron-on transfers, embroidery supplies, etc.
Nice location, smaller than the other but has a coffee shop in the back. Very loud. The selection here is smaller for cards, but had some good gift wrapping options.
Always clean and neat, hard to get an employee for help so if you have any questions you may have to go find one. Other than that one of my favorite crafting stores in Delaware!
A Starbucks worker who always wears a cap with blue hair is just so rude to me every time I have went in there she always makes my drinks incorrectly talks to me with a very angry tone, asked for a large cup of water, while I was purchasing a drink and food couldn’t even do that kept telling me she could only do a small I have had so many issues with this worker that it makes me not even want to shop here anymore. What’s even worse is being a member and having to deal with that no one should have to be disrespected as a customer. Whatever the reason is.
I have purchased a few trailers, and truck bed covers for our company. All the interactions have been very positive. Derek did a great job explaining the different options when purchasing the trailers, and John helped me with accessories being added to the trailers. The service department performed the work in a timely manner and it met all my expectations. They also helped me in a jam, when my boat trailer leaf springs broke with my boat on the trailer. John came to my rescue and helped me limp it back to their shop where they could fix both leaf springs. I highly recommend them for any of your trailer or truck accessories needs.
They’re amazing here! Not only did I get all the supplies for my entire wedding suite here thanks to the paper bar, but they have last-min gifts and I buy so many cards from here. The staff is so friendly. Shoutout to Devonte and Felicia for being friendly, welcoming and helpful! I’ve been to other locations, but I come here all the time and this is by far my favorite paper source location.
Took in a painting with cracked glass to repair and they did an excellent job replacing the glass and making it look as good as new! It took about 5 days for the job to be completed and it was a very reasonable price. The staff was great to work with and very pleasant. Recommend this location!

As you can tell from some of my previous reviews I truly do like a craft store. That being said craft stores are kind of fickle when it comes to the employees yes the products may be the same but the experience is different every time because the employees make or break the store and in this case the employees were fantastic very knowledgeable and courteous I appreciate that and it makes me want to be able to shop there more frequently.

I always find what I need at Michael's. Today I needed help finding a mat for a picture I was framing, and I also needed gift bags and muffin cups. I was directed to each, found them quickly, and went home satisfied. Five stars for Michael's!

I love Michael's. I'm in there 1-2 times a week for yarn. However, been VERY DISSAPOINTED that they haven't had ANY yarn in my brand and Nobody seems to know when they will. Wasting time and money keep coming back here and they don't have product! Going to be forced to go elsewhere 😬
This store is filled with magic! ✨️ Huge selection of knick knacks and everything you need to creatively wrap your gift. The staff is also super helpful and friendly - they even stayed late to help me out and make sure my gift was perfect 🎁
If you’re BIPOC be careful in this location. You will be profiled you will be followed. You will be accused and guilty of shopping while Black and THEN they'll laugh at you when you finally react to the dehumanisation you’re facing while with your children. I was not directly involved in this incident, but the manner in which the staff handled it especially given the state we are in politically and the physical state of Minnesota was ridiculous.
I been coming here to get some supplies, easy to look around, good prices on some items. They have shirts as well , I bought like 6 pairs good quality as well,if I remember the decent shirts was 5.99 only colors shirts and the a better quality for 12.99. Great shirts for work or if your a painter.
Definitely a good Barnes and noble pretty big and variety of books. It’s kinda a shame that they like never have the door to the mall open because it’s a pain to walk all the way around the outside of the mall. But overall it’s a great place with plenty of stuff.

Always love a good book store outing! These guys never fail with a good coffee shop and a calm atmosphere and a large selection. They even have a garage sale section you can bring back your old books to sell.

The place is clean and organized, halloween is on display already. It could get more stars if it was not for the customer service, I asked if I could use the restroom and they told me they are out of service. Every store has restrooms but here either they are not clean or they do not want customers to use them.
My brother and mom's favorite store to go here for their jewelry to start with! We'll be coming back here for more if only it's on sale! It's clean and I like it because it'll help with this business going!

I live on Columbus (near the store) and I love this place. I’ve been helped by Jennifer and Giuliana recently and couldn’t say enough about them. Bathroom was a horror show. Two employees standing near door when I went in. Floor wet and piece of tissue all over the floor. When toilet was flushed, it backed up and ran all over my shoes. No "out of order" sign on the door.
I requested a price match with Joann’s and Manager informed me Michael’s no longer honors price matches at all. I showed them that their website stated they did price match with certain stores, Joann’s being one of them, but the manager refused. I bought the item but called corporate to confirm and they confirmed Michael’s DOES honor price matches with certain stores including Joann’s. Terrible service from management.
Not sure why a lot of stores in general in California just don't seem to have stuff. This is a decent sized store but there was no cord for like macrame or like hemp bracelets anything like that. A lot of the beads were gone already. Pricing for the beats is a little expensive unless they're on sale so I wouldn't recommend getting them here. Also the staff is not the most helpful they seem to just kind of let you do your thing and you have to chase them down to you know ask any questions.
Friendly and helpful. Mostly for the trading card and Warhammer crowd but they had board games and lots of video games as well, saw some old gems. Got some DnD stuff.
Nice and clean space, with a wide variety of gifts, card and wrapping paper. Huge stamp collection in the back of the store aswell.
I went to this Michael's and there were a number of customer service people in the aisle and absolutely positively. No one asked me if I needed help until I got to the counter and spoke to a customer service cashier Google who was able to answer questions I had while I was shopping.
Cooper’s cave games always has what I’m looking for at an affordable price. They’re very willing to help and their trade in deals are AWESOME. Ive gotten countless games, controllers, and consoles from them and they’ve always taken care of me. Would definitely recommend!
Ran in on Friday afternoon for some sensory friendly gifts for a weekend birthday party, decent selection and used the app for additional savings!
Overall a good store. Very clean and well organized. I found everything I needed and the staff were very polite. However, I had so much trouble walking here from the inside of the Mission Valley mall. It's located in such an awkward spot and it's really hidden. You have to go through the product loading area for the Target just to get there. It's a pain, but the store is fine.
Supper bad customer service. Parked in the area to pick up my item. They took so long and I had to go inside to only find the associate that was supposed to be helping me fixing other stuff. Waited outside for 10 min. My baby was sleeping and I had to take my baby down only because of irresponsible people. Even the manager has an attitude. If you sent like your job than quit !
I experienced a very bad costumer service today , I always buy at you stores probably 2 times a week , I ordered online to pick my order at this location, they said my order wasn’t ready I have to come back in one hour. I came back to ask one hour and 20 minutes after , they said it wasn’t ready that I have to come back again in 20 minutes, I gave her my scan code to double check my order status and she said this order it’s been ready since I got there the first time 😳, I waste my time and I have thousands things to do .

Great bunch of folks here. Lots of boars games, card games, video games, models comics and whatever nerdy stuff you could ask for. Lots of tables for in-store gaming and always friendly. One of those places I always find an excuse to stop in when I'm up that way.
Vonte was a great help! Couldn’t find the items I wanted but he suggested other items which I loved a whole lot more! He spoke so kind as well. Lovely people work at this location.

They have a top to bottom service center by the looks of it. Based on their customer service and care on the even the small tasks I'd recommend taking larger projects their way any day.

I had never gone to a Michaels before but my daughter had a school project and we decided to spot by and i was impressed with the variety of items they carry we got everything we needed for her school project
Their inside door is completely closed off, It's an inconvenience to customers to walk out/drive around the mall just to go to their front door. Come on. It's ridiculous. Please open it back up. Overall, it's an decent place and has a bigger manga/figure selection than other locations I been to. I didn't have rude encounters with workers or customers so that's a good thing.

Independently owned therefore they will not take any item back purchased from the website. They will also not honor website prices. Any other store Michaels store in the county will do so let’s give them their business instead.
Worked with John this morning to get wheel bearings for my boat trailer. John is very helpful and knowledgeable. Entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. All in all great experience today! Go check out the store, they’re loaded up with all sorts of RC cars.
Worst place to go they wouldn't take my system cause it had a little dirt on it so I went home cleaned it brought it back and he said he still doesn't want it cause he fills like it's gonna be a thing and also told me he wasn't gonna buy my pokemon cards either which is crazy to me like what did I do lol.

My lone complaint is that the aisles seemed sparsely filled. The old AC Moore just appeared to have had more merchandise on the shelves but I can seriously understand why no stores want to be stuck with a lot of product that isn't going to move.
That said, they have items that aren't available elsewhere. I was surprised that they have a section for screen printing supplies and linoleum blocks for making your own printed artwork. (Really fun, I highly recommend it.)
Now for the unbiased plug. If you find yourself in need of a custom framing job, look for Mitchell. He has an amazing eye for color and even has some of his artwork on the back wall of the framing center. He can work with your budget or maybe find a more cost efficient solution.

I recently stopped in to check out the latest editions of Vogue. I ordered a hot drink at the Starbucks counter and had some questions about the Tea Brand carried here. The staff was more than happy to take the time out of there busy day to answer my questions and make some great Tea recommendations. I live in Downtown Minneapolis but often drive to this location to shop specifically because of the great customer service I receive here.
I am disabled so transportation is normally walking. So before visiting my local Michael's store number 8369 on Kirkwood hwy in Delaware to see if someone could check if the products I wanted were in stock before making the mile walk. Tracy was so helpful on the phone. So upon finding that they did have my yarn in stock I walk up and Tracy once again was so helpful with not only helping me navigate the store but helping me with making my selections. And the best part my yarn was on sale. Thank you so much for all your help and support. Did I fail to mention I am blind. but I can still crochet with the right type of yarn. It has good discounts but there is not much variety of certain things and you should be aware that they respect your coupons.

I was struggling to find the right birthday gift for my sister who plays DnD but I didn't know where to start or what would be a good gift. The owner, Greg, personally helped me find the perfect gift. He was thorough, VERY patient and didn't try to sell me on just anything. In the end we landed on some really cool dice in her favorite color. I can say, they have a very comprehensive assortment! Excellent customer service and selection. Highly recommend. PS- they ship too!

The size of this B&N is unbelievable! My fav B&N, I always find books that I don't find at any other location. You can easily spend hours in one section alone in this location. The cafe has to be the biggest in the state. The seating in this location is extensive. You can find a spot to sit and read or eat. Phenomenal kid space, stage and areas for kids to find the right section for them. Staff are to themselves, a great place to sit and read because no one will bother you but not a great place to ask questions. The upkeep of the location needs to be better. Carpet looks like it needs changing or cleaning, other fixtures and such seem beaten. I love coming here despite the dinginess.

I came to the store and entered. I grab my card to purchase and was turned away. The sign posted said 6pm close and I was trying to check out even before closing… the associate told me that she wants to leave early and said come back another time. I asked if I can leave the cash for the card and she told me no. She then proceeded to lock up.
Fantastic place, a really great one stop shop for all kinds of hobbies from retro consoles, games and accessories to Warhammer, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, board games, dice, comics and so much more. I was impressed over and over. It's 45 minutes from my home but I'm already planning to visit again. The open tables are amazing, spacious and plentiful. The staff is friendly and attentive and the pricing is very fair. It's a great place to buy or sell magic singles and very very novice friendly. I am so glad I stopped in!
The staff could not be nicer or more helpful. Went above and beyond to ensure I could send greetings to loved ones in time. Always a great selection of paper goods-my mom won't put away her birthday card (sent 6 months ago) because she loves it so much.
Playing Mantis is an enchanting little store. I absolutely love shopping here for children’s toys. They specialise in beautiful wooden toys and have a great range. Most of all, the service is WONDERFUL! I can’t speak highly enough of the friendly, patient and helpful service I have received as a shopper here. Thank you to all of the Playing Mantis staff- you are amazing!
I shop here because they have a pen I really love. My kid likes to go there too because they sell a few notable toys. Friendly service and a clean well stocked retail environment.
Rude people, poor selection of items. They don’t show any interest on costumer’s at the store. Two people at the cashier, both on their phones. The selection is ok, you can easily find the items at any pharmacy around and get a better deal.
It's a nice store. You're easy to find a cute gift/souvenir or a greeting card for your friends here. They have some self-care/self-love products, too. A cool store in the town that you should check it out.
I can't say enough good things about this place...we stop in whenever we're in Tribeca just for fun and I kept this place in mind for my son's birthday. I went in to buy a play kitchen and found the most beautifully crafted kitchen that will last us years! The owner was so kind and threw in all sorts of fun kitchen accessories for free. She even wrapped it in a giant bow and helped me load it into our car. My son has been playing with his new kitchen non-stop - what a joy to see him be creative and thoughtful in his play.

I recently bought a 40' gooseneck trailer from Castle Hayne's location and it was nothing short of an amazing experience. I recently started a Hot Shot company and didn't know much about trailers. Julio was the perfect salesman. He took the time to explain the product to me in detail and hooked the trailer up to my truck. John was amazing as well. He took the time to explain the maintenance I would need to keep up with. I will purchase all of my equipment from ECATs moving forward due to the experience I had here. Great selection of cards, gift wrap, envelopes, and paper for any custom work you are doing! This store is a lot bigger than the Paper Source around 86th street, which did not have as much available. This is a great store for browsing as it has a lot of those “random” items that could make great gifts for you or someone you know!

Honestly, this was the only store in the whole mall with a welcoming atmosphere. The store has a lot of items to choose from but what really stood out to us was the cashier. He was extremely polite and more than happy to help us. This was the only store that we were greeted and assisted while shopping. Def check this place out, they have all kinds of goodies and it’s one of the few stores worth your money. Also to add, this store has the most reasonable prices of collectibles in the whole mall. Check this place first before buying somewhere else!
They got a lot of board games here as well and the person working was super knowledgeable! Love this store, got some great finds.

Another wonderful experience at Michael’s with great customer service and fantastic deals. Every time I shop here I find new exciting things. And the staff always walks me through how to use it and get creative. Even if you needed somewhere to take your kids for a few hours to keep them busy. There’s so much to look at!
Great staff, wide range of products. I have mobility issues and each staff member checked in to see if I needed any assistance especially when my Access A Ride vehicle came to pick me up. I was smitten by a box of cherry blossom note cards and stock paper for letter writing that I purchased in a light purple with plum coloured envelopes. I wish I could give this location a higher rating--they made my shopping experience a wonderful thing.
Small store, good selection, friendly staff. This paper goods store can be easy to miss, a wood door entrance on Spring street between the Nike and Moma stores. They have a large selection of witty cards, a wide variety of wrapping papers (by rolls or sheets), gift bags and assorted items for gift wrapping, as well as crafting items towards the back of the store. The selection of novelty gift items is on the witty end of things. The "cute" items lack the overt saccharin approach commonly seen in stores of this type - not the cute that throws you into an existential crisis of meaning of self and society. Overall, a good place to get the stuff you need for packaging gifts and crafting then to a higher level of being.
Cool toy store. Different than your ordinary toys. Very inventive
Beautiful decor and toys, but I never felt comfortable having my kids look and play with the toys as the staff were always hovering around and reminding us to watch our kids. This might make more sense for a store full of fragile things, but not where I'm trying to see what my kids are interested in playing with.
Really great selection of figurines and collectibles. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the prices are really really great.
Super cute spot for cards and crafts. Lots of cool nick nacks definitely stop in!! A little pricy though and no parking structure.
I love the hell out of this store. It's by far one of my favorite stores overall. It's the perfect balance of quirky cards for all occasions because I love reading as many as I can until I find the perfect one but the right amount of crafts for my crafty needs. The paper color selection is great which I use for personalizing note cards with their embossing powders and stamps. But my favorite part of all is the giftwrap paper sheets they have available because I use them as backdrops for the small shoots on my business' instagram feed. They have the best paper varieties for all occasions.

I walked in with just a concept, but lacked technique and execution of my concept. There were 2 women who were extremely friendly and suggestive. I feel confident now in DIYing my wedding invitations. As I left I noticed that it was half an past closing. I couldn't believe that they stayed open for me, and never once tried to rush me. The customer service was beyond my expectations. I'll definitely be back!

LOVE THEM! No joke I probably stop in here at least once a week. They have so much awesome sh** - I could literally walk around in there for hours. Everyone there is super nice and helpful too. They even let you try things out (like pens, stamps, etc) before you buy them to make sure you like & know exactly what you're getting. Definitely recommend!
