This place doesn't even deserve one star. For the price you pay, this place is terrible. The leasing office and maintenance is probably some of the worst I ever encountered. Be prepared for ridiculous fees, no AC, no internet, and rude encounters with staff members. They make no accommodations when the AC breaks down or when the water heater is not working. Also, they charge move-out fees for everyone! You are better off living on campus or at any other place!

One of the worst apartments in the world, don’t live here.The efficiency of the maintenance team is extremely low. Elevator, AC, water system always have some issues that caused not working, and it takes 2 to 3 days to fix. They can’t solve problems and only send you a small apology letter. My friends, trust me, don’t come here. They will not compensate for any fault they caused, they will overcharge you for no reason at the same time.

the worst place that you can even not imagine how bad it is. My sincere advice is that if you wanna live here because of the location, then you'd better give up. Horrible wifi, horrible ac, horrible elevator, horrible leasing office.

horrible to live here, there's never any hot water the a/c was out for 4 days and they kept saying "we are actively working on it" When they weren't. And wouldn't even compensate when I had to stay at a hotel for 2 nights due to no a/c.

It's the worst apartment I have ever lived! All They want is charging you money without any service and help. Also be careful when you move out, They will charge you a lot of cleaning fee even the room is clean (but not charge themselves when there's leaking water and breakdown AC). It's garbage, please do NOT consider here if you don't want to regret in the end!

With no security, the apartment constantly has people break in late at night and when the residents report the questions to the management, no one takes any action. I DON'T FEEL SAFE WHILE this whole building are studio with people living by themselves. Also, we had a water leakage problem two days ago with water flooding the lobby and also the 2nd and 3rd floor. Some of the residents have to move out. The biggest problem is that the management does not respond to problems quickly. However, not all the staff members are like this. Most of them are nice, but just when it comes to the higher level of staff members, they just ignore the problem that the apartment exists.

I am getting tired of this ultra slow internet connection. It is about 500kps~3MB/s, and the Wi-Fi connection is not stable. Also, this building has a beautiful landscape waterfall newly introduced yesterday. The only thing that I love is our maintenance staff. Frankie is the best.
