Worst medical Center I ever been. I went to for my daughter’s checkup ,Dr.K suggested to go for flu shot for all family. We all for flu shot but after the next my daughter and husband got really sick.after one week of nurofen and antibiotics.i got sick very badly. I called the medical center to check that is normal or not .But instead of me transferring the call to the doctor , the receptionist said doctor does not have any concern on this.You need to book another appointment.We been struggling a lot from last 3 weeks from fever cough and headache. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go for the flu vaccination from this medical center . I won’t come to this medical center.

Dr Varajlal Raniga is very rude and impatient, and mean during my visit this afternoon!!! This Indian doctor is unprofessional and has no sympathy on his patients. He is not suitable to take care of any patients who need help, but only blames patients recklessly! Not recommended for anyone

I've been under doctor Boomi 's care for a decade, and I appreciate how attentive he is. His accurate treatment plans demonstrate a genuine concern for my health. He consistently provides valuable advice, encouraging a healthier lifestyle. My family also trusts and appreciates him. The new practice is not only clean but outstanding. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Thank you, doctor Boomi for everything.

Wouldn’t return here, after having been met with kind and friendly service by the receptionist and the nurse I was met with an extremely dismissive doctor who didn’t seem like he wanted to bother with me at all, didn’t even bother to look at the place I pointed out for an infection.
What a way to make someone feel, small and insignificant, my problems may have been small but that’s no exception to his bedside manner!!

So we were running late because there was a accident on the road and the traffic was built up , we rang up and let the practice know we were running late also. We arrived at the practice 20 minutes late . Yes I 100% understand there are policy’s and rules , and that’s totally fine I understand that just reschedule us or something ? We didn’t mind paying a late fee and reschedule if that was necessary that wasn’t the problem .
The problem was walking into the practice and as we took a seat I overhear the nurse down the hallway just running us down about being late, saying nasty things about us! About how she doesn’t want to take our booking because we are late and that I was lying on the phone saying 5 minutes and 10 minutes ect . I thought this was very unprofessional by your nurse to be speaking badly about clients and unfortunately for the way the nurse spoke about us we will not be back.
Also this must be a new nurse to the practice because our usual nurse is absolutely lovely!

And it’s Very unfortunate because we love doctor boomi . But having to leave a practise in tears is just unacceptable.

Just to be clear because of your reply - didnt have an issue waiting outside on the bench. Problem.was she expected us to sick in the smoke- smoking outside a doctors practice is illegal but she had no care about it ?? Was never told we could wait in the car. She insisted by the front door. I was never rude to the receptionist just confused with her attitude towards us?

Receptionist told myself and my young sick daughter to wait outside on the bench (the waiting room was empty) I let her know there was actually a man sitting there smoking & we cant be breathing it in with my kid. Her response was just wait outside the door then - the smoke obviously still an issue....rude attitude.

This is the first practice in Australia that will be rude if the patients wants to come back. I moved from this practice because i found somebody closer to my house, got records from them to be upto date but never attended another practice because didn’t have to but i needed an appointment so i thought i can go back to my old gp ( because new records were sent to them) but the appointment was not given saying you guys moved. Like Really? So offended because a patient decided to go to another doctor? Just come here if you can be their patients forever otherwise they ll be offended.
