I loved this experience! I’ll definitely return. With just 7 seats in each row- set of 2 on the right and set of 5 on the left it is very cozy. I agree with others that the popcorn was fresh and enjoyed a nice cup of wine as well. Hidden gem if you want to avoid big crowds!
It was an experience going to this movie theater. Cute and clean. It’s funny, for so many years I walked in front of the building thinking it must be an unpleasant place, but it was the opposite! Probably I will not miss a movie that is showing here.

Amazing theater. Variety of movies including independent films and foreign films. The staff is very nice and polite. Great service. Great prices. Go to FLIFF.com for titles and showings. Perfect area for dinner and the a movie. Many restaurants and outdoor eating opportunities within walking distance.
