Love their selection of denim but beware of price gouging. I bought the Resolute 714 WW2 Straight fit white denim jeans from here (which come in variable lengths so hemming isn't required) and they sell them for ~$100 more than any other site. I get that the store gives you variety but the others jeans I've bought from them were priced appropriately so I assumed these would be too. I sent them an email asking why they were so much more expensive at their store vs others and haven't heard back. The staff is super knowledgable but it seems like once they've got your money they stop caring unless you're looking to buy another item. Won't be coming back.

Good place to pick up japanese selvedge denim. These are not cheap jeans, they are high quality but not too expensive (Saint Laurent and Loro Piana are the next step up but really expensive stuff so this is a good middle of the road)

I've frequented Blue in Green during my trips to NYC, finding their customer service consistently supportive, though their inventory could be more diverse and better stocked in terms of sizing. When you step inside, Kapital dominates the display, with a sprinkling of items from other brands. As you venture deeper, denim pants and accessories line the walls. Unfortunately, their selection in men's size 34 was rather limited during my last visit, though it's a common size. Despite the pair I wanted being out of stock, an associate kindly assisted me in finding alternatives. It was my first experience with Sugar Cane denim, and I was grateful for the help in trying on various pairs. I'd recommend this store to others in the area. While their customer service isn't consistently flawless, it's always intriguing to explore the unique pieces they carry.

Very helpful staff. Looking forward to wearing my new Japanese denim! They have an extensive range of jeans and many other shorts, jackets and accessories.

I wanted to purchase super heavy weight jeans and Blue on Green didn't have any that fit me. So, I bought two other pairs of jeans in that store and found the super heavy weight ones online. I returned to the store to get the jeans hemmed and asked if they could do all three pairs and I'd pay them to do the pair I didn't buy from them: at Blue on Green hemming the pants is included in the price. They wouldn't do it. Of course they have the right to not provide that service, but from my perspective it's poor customer service. They have some nice denim but their sense of customer service falls short.

I have never seen so many pieces that I wanted to purchase in one spot than I have here. So much Japanese denim and cozy pieces. Every item has attention to detail and material. This is definitely a high end store. They have the store separated into front and back with different music playing in both. If you enter with a bag, they will hold it at checkout and give you a tag to pick up when you leave. They have sweaters, jackets, denim jeans, pants, hats, accessories and so much more. Definitely stop in when you are in Soho
