Wonderful service, very kind person her name is Herlande and even she doesn't speak Spanish effort in help us we very happy to come with her

So thankful for Beatriz!! I walked in during the last 25 minutes before office closed at 5pm and she was the only one who walked up to me and answered my questions and concerns and within minutes assured me and assisted me to re apply for my benefits.

Long wait time but totally worth it. Staff was very helpful and polite. Especially Justin! Super sweet and understanding of my situation
