I moved into Rose Hill February of this year, and I can truly say I have never felt so happy in a living arrangement! From the maintenance team and their quick response to the front office and their fast action, everyone is so helpful, to include Michael, who goes above and beyond to help his tenants feel comfortable! the gym, the pool, shopping center close by. Its a perfect area with a great community surrounding it!
Beautiful landscape, Charnee and Kevin are just awesome and provides wonderful customer service. The environment is quiet and the location is ideal pretty close to a mall with pharmacy and grocery store. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
Have lived here for 6 years. The property is old but neat and clean. Location is very convenient. Maintenance will respond quickly when you request them.. Four stars would be in order except repair work does not last. Hardware shelving, doors, carpeting material is cheap. The result is repeated calls to fix the same problems like buckling carpets, warped bifold doors and shelving that fails repeatedly. The same issues present again and again with what is light to normal wear and tear.
I am a new tenant but, the service that I have received thus far has been great. Any work orders that I have put in have been resolved in a day or two. I moved into a unit that did not have a front closet (the floor plan was supposed to have one) and the maintenance staff built a closet in my unit without any disruption to my day to day life (I work from home). Unfortunately I have to edit my review below and provide an update. It is no longer an affordable place to live. I was informed that my rent would be raised over 25 percent. I could certainly understand having to raise the rent because of inflation but the massive rate hike is reprehensible and appalling. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated.
The Rose Hill apartments are located in a prime location near an elementary school, library, various stores, and restaurants. Repairs are made in a timely manner. The office staff is courteous and professional. Overall, I have enjoyed my experience here. I just wish that it would be more difficult to hear loud neighbors and cigarette smoke would not enter my apartment. I do plan on renewing my lease if my rent isn't raised significantly. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Current resident - and I just want to leave a positive review. I have had a really great experience living here. A few months ago, I had an issue where my water heater leaked and it soaked my entire apartment. The staff took quick action to replace the entire carpet within a day or two. A few weeks ago, I had a problem with a package delivery, and the office staff was incredibly friendly and helpful to try and help me with this issue. Yesterday, we got a lot of snow, and the apartment staff was hard at work the entire day to make sure that it was safe to walk and drive in the apartment complex. They take great care of their residents - so just saying thanks!
EDIT: 2 years later I got a credit report saying that I owe creditors for these scammers $450 - what? Stay away, these are scammers.
While a month ago I would have given 5 stars, I took 1 star away for the following reasons:
- there isn't much organizing in the management office. There was an email sent about the gym reopening, but here I am for the second day in a row that I cannot enter the gym because it's locked. After first time that happened, I sent an email but nothing has changed.
- there's one AC unit outside my patio that is at least 50 years old and makes the noise of an old school bus. However, management won't change it because it is still functional, so I cannot use the patio that I PAID FOR.
There are upsides about living here as well. The maintenance team fixes things really fast, the entire property is well taken care of, nice and clean. The people living here are all decent, so it's pretty safe to be around here.
So overall good, with some exceptions as listed above.
