County of Riverside

It is a wonder anything ever gets done in this county at all. I truly have no idea what the people in the office are even doing all day. Twiddling their thumbs? Playing cards? Burning the forms people mail in for fun? Because the answer is definitely not Their Jobs. Contacting them is a nightmare, and if you’re one of the lucky ones that does manage to open a line of communication (usually *several months* AFTER you initiate contact), good luck finding someone who cares whether you even live or die. We are never, ever building anything in Riverside County ever again, or doing anything that requires interacting with the county in any capacity. If you’re thinking of building anything, anything at all, do it in a different county. Don’t buy property in Riverside County. Don’t begin any projects that require communication with the county. Don’t trust that they’ll communicate anything in a timely or reasonable manner. Don’t put any faith in them, don’t give them any of your money, don’t rely on them for anything. Just run and never look back.

Excellent staff , also the Riverside county sheriff's department is excellent The leadership of Sergeant Mr. Jafel Erazo has been nothing but excellent, he brings great experience along with his staff and he is an excellent leader ,I commend the great leadership keep up the great work ! 💯👮😊

RIVCO HR keeps a blacklist of former employees who engaged in union and management disputes. Stay away from this county agency. RIVCO should be sued for its practices.

Thanks for allowing me to charge, eat food, and quick to what's better know by me is my Always go to place of charging and out of the way to find place of cause it just out of reach within this here battle with of the Great HTwo0 War of Year ✌️¥ ²🥈. My birthday was Friday, im {⅗} yrs since created and for the first time ever or so far two days. Thanks for being a blessing. And that's coming from me High Definition out of Hollywood California... Now in a place of getting my s*** together and in my business and not the best but I'm alive, and living. You think I lost my thought but I'm still going to post this. This is the worst city office I have ever dealt with, After visiting the office in Riverside I was told there was a 3 - 4 hour wait so I made an appointment two weeks later and was given paperwork to fill out and given paperwork on how to log in to the riverside portal. When I showed up for my appointment I was told they didn't accept any plans in person and that they had to be uploaded to the portal and that they didn't have time to deal with me uploading at that time because they had other appointments to deal with. This was totally unbelievable that my time wasnt important to the other appointments. I drove twice an hour each way to get treated like this in which my tax money supports this office. After dealing with this I went to the front desk to make another appointment in which the lady told me to have a seat because the computer wasn't letting her make an appointment for me. I just walked out at this time this is the most unprofessional place I've had to deal with in a long time.

I have a mixed review, I'll start off on a positive note that when I went in person, everyone was helpful. This review is more about my phone experience though. When I call (I've found several other people to have this exact same problem, with the same person.) the lady who answers the phone is extremely rude, gives inaccurate information and seems like she does not want to help at all. I just want to know why someone like that is handling the phones, and engaging with the public when they don't have any basic concept of how to be polite, or how to do their job correctly? In my opinion she should be working in a different department where she doesn't have to interact with customers because she is an extremely unpleasant person. I can understand one time, maybe she was having a bad day, but I've heard from multiple people that she is always like this.

The staff here are really quick at answering any questions that you may have. I came to get a layout of a property I'm purchasing since it's on a hill it was really hard to tell where the land ends. They helped me understand which parcels I'll be owning. Really enjoyed me visit.
