They were able to exceed expectations with the quickest turnaround time (no sacrifice in quality!!) to delivering one of the most special gifts to my father this Christmas. My father and I received this award last minute for co-published work..a once in a lifetime memory for us..and in attempting to preserve/highlight this honor, I drove around the valley asking for a custom frame in an extremely short turnaround time…after multiple “no” responses, I stumbled upon the team at Express Art and Frame and am SO glad I did. They were easy to work with, approachable with my project goal while offering their expertise in design. I will definitely be using their team for future projects.

Ken was professional, resourceful and so very helpful! He gave us expert advice and several options for our framing/matting needs which we greatly appreciated. He also talked us through the pros/cons of the options. Once we decided on what we wanted to do, Ken was able to complete all the work in a timely manner. We love the results. In fact, we brought in another project the next week!

Excellent quality and service at very reasonable prices. I recently took a very large (4' X 5') canvas giclée there to be framed. They did a wonderful job and I intend to be a customer for life.

On December 23rd I needed a mat cut for some artwork for a Christmas gift. I called the store and they were more than willing to help. The store manager cut a custom mat for me on the spot and professionally closed an open back frame. It made the frame and art look complete, professional and beautiful. Other stores turned me down. I would have left a tip if the manager had let me. Awesome place.

I stopped in here 3 weeks ago with a warped picture frame and the young lady took her time and fixed it. She may have only drilled a few screws and a support bracket but what a first class place. The whole crew is great. Thank you. I'll be back.
