No parking, no cover walkways. If its raining you will get wet. No thanks. Not much of a Theater.

It is not comfortable. It also has no air conditioning so it gets really hot with the show lights.

Comfy seats. Well lit and great sound.
When you need to watch a different show you have to visit them.
