New York Department Of Health

NOT the NYC Dept of Health. The city needs to correct their Google map listing to 125 Worth St. Security just helped me to find correct address. This is ridiculous how many departmental city buildings have inaccurate listings on Google just wasting people's time!!!!!

I reached out to the DOH three years ago regarding Dr. Kristen Mailand, from East Setauket Ny, and her negligence towards my elderly father. After continually trying to contact them for over a year, they stopped returning my calls. I just received a letter today stating the case was closed due to all of the “evidence” provided in favor of Dr. Mainland. What evidence are they speaking of? I was never asked to provide any of my proof that supported what they did to my father. Three years later another Drs negligence lead to my fathers death, and once again another Dr got away with it.

Time to have some changes made with this agency. They’re completely oblivious to anything and Covid proved they’re just unable to handle any health problems. One example… the ONLY STATE in the USA that requires judge, doctor, or attorney authorization for DNA testing (for medical, parental, ancestral). Are you kidding me?!?

The non-human reception did not answer my need. Yesterday I ordered a smoothie that gave me food poison. The deli was uncooperative.

I reported that my father and another patient in the Seaview Manor Home so-called care center endured mistreatment from a patient aid/attendee. The aid tried to hit my father and another patient. Two weeks after my father reported it to me he was dead. They never did tell me the cause of death and sent him to a different morgue than where I was told he was at among several other discrepancies. The NYS Dept. of Health did a mediocre investigation and provided no written report. Trash...such a sinful fake front of an administration. Wasted tax payer dollars for certain.

I'm trying to get my 22 year old marriage certificate corrected because the clerk screwed it up. Nobody answers any phones, and the certified forms I send must be going into a black hole. This is making me ineligible for insurance coverage thanks to the department of "health".

They turn u away even if you have an appointment for covid.
