They go up on rent like crazy.
Horrible place to rent from the landlords are completely out of pocket they've raised our rent three times already since the start of the year
Honestly, the apartment is pretty nice and cozy. Lots of storage space and the office staff are very attentive to my needs and concerns. I'm so glad I moved here last hear, the application process was smooth and fast.
Everybody here is beautiful wonderful people helped us or tremendously so whoever is listening this is the best staff I ever been around I'm a pastor and I think I'm going to help us from start to finish and my niece got her apartment they are beautiful miss ader Kimberly miss ader and miss Kimberly wonderful people God bless you and give him a raise

I wouldn’t live here if it was free - the manager Kimberly and also her boss is extremely rude- do NoT rent from these ppl- I Repeat they will try to rip you off - moved out but lost my house key and they keep adding full amounts of rent on my accout behind a key
This place is horrible and once you move regardless you will not get deposit back I just moved from there my place was spotless clean no damage or nothing and I still haven't received my deposit it's been 3mths now
