I'm a new client to the salon and look forward to returning for my next cut & colour. I have thick, wavy hair that is cut pixie style, and frankly, a lot of hairdressers don't seem to do well with this combination. I was also looking to lighten my hair when it has a strong red undertone. Con provided a very thorough consultation at the beginning, the process of the cut and colour was pleasant, and not rushed, and the end result is as good as I dared hope. I will never go to a "commercial" salon again where clients are pushed in and out as quickly as possible. Con & Grant clearly care that each client gets a bespoke, personalised, caring service. I have been a client at this salon for 15 years because they provide immaculate service. What I really appreciate about this salon is their honesty and professionalism. Con and Grant will guide you to a hair cut and colour that suits you and your features. They won’t let you look bad, and I really appreciate them taking the time to talk with you about what you would like. I keep going back because of their honesty and integrity as professionals. This kind of service is hard to find!

Poor consultation skills on part of the hairdresser. I came in to share a very personal concern regarding my hair situation but instead was kicked out and told to "think about it". For your price point (which was not the issue by the way) I expect more care for your customers. I don't doubt his service once you make it to the actual haircut.

Edit: the response here is classic blame shifting to the fault of the customer. I have worked in the hair industry for over 6 years. I knew exactly what I wanted, the hairdresser obviously didn't want to deal with my situation. That's fine, you could have just said that. I felt humiliated and left feeling more insecure than I did before.
And FYI the stylist offered no stylistic advice. Just gave me the price and didn't even offer a booking afterwards.
