Clean and safe. Very well maintained trail. I was surprised there wasn’t more visitors here.

Basically it’s a trail full of tall trees. And I haven’t seen such towering trees in trails of other asian countries (hk, singapore, indonesia…). Quiet.
There is a river and many people swim there too. You may bring your swimming trunks. But be careful don’t jump off the cliffs into the water. In BC online said a lot of people died because of this. So be careful.

Great spot to explore the woods of the Northshore. Limited parking available at this location. From here you can head down to Inter River park via Baden Powell or do a short loop via Richard David Juryn trail and Diamond trail back to the lot. The loop will take you past an excellent viewpoint of the city of Burnaby and through a beautiful forest landscape. Very peaceful and less busy than the other parts of the park. Dogs allowed off leash.

Hard work on places (jacobs ladder stuff) makes this a lovely exercise walk in a beautiful place. Path generally in good condition and easy to walk on. Step bits are mostly stepped and with good quality wood. Well maintained.

Trail is relatively easy with a mixture of wood bridges and dirt paths that go along the edge of the river/creek which make for some great views.
There are a few parking spots nearby, as of this review though there is construction at one of the larger parking spots causing them to be filled up quicker on sunny days.

Beautiful trail. Not too hard to walk on. Bring kids along.

The BP is a fantastic trail that has a little something for everyone. There are many access points from West Van to Deep Cove, so you can go for as long (or short) as you want. Most of it is runnable even for a novice trail runner. It's well maintained and well marked with orange triangles along the way.
